The Psychedelic Education and Continuing Care Program is excited to announce that we will be starting our first monthly integration group for 2021 for women and non-binary people led by Dee Dee Goldpaugh, LCSW, and Juliana Mulligan, our Psychedelic Program Coordinator. The goal of this group is to process and integrate the lessons, challenges, and wisdom from psychedelics so that they can be applied to daily life. Oftentimes, experiences on psychedelics can be unclear, stressful, confusing, and inspiring, uplifting, or exhilarating. This group intends to explore these experiences as a part of an internal discovery process and transform them into practices or positive patterns for daily life. We will utilize mindfulness practices, open sharing and discussion, and focus on specific themes. This group is for women and gender non-conforming individuals in need of support who utilize psychedelics as a part of their healing work. Attendees can be currently engaged in work with psychedelics or have been engaged in the past. Ketamine treatment does qualify.
A DISCLAIMER agreement will be shared upon confirmation of purchase. All participants are asked to read and sign before the workshop.
Monthly Fee: $30
We have a limited number of FREE, $10, and $20 spots available for people struggling with financial hardships. To qualify, please click here.
The Zoom meeting link will be provided immediately after registering.
Facilitators
Dee Dee Goldpaugh, (they/them) is a psychotherapist in private practice in New York City. Their practice serves queer, gender non-conforming, and ethically non-monogamous clients using a trauma-informed, sex, and body-positive approach. They have presented and written widely on the topic of sexual healing and psychedelics. They have been featured in articles by Vice Magazine, Chacruna, Brides, Psymposia, Refinery 29, and Psychology Today.
A survivor of sexual violence, Dee Dee sought legal plant medicine work in the mountains of Peru to heal PTSD and now serves as an advocate for therapist education and legal access to psychedelic medicine.
Juliana Mulligan has been an active member of the Ibogaine community for eight years and holds a B.A. in Psychology. She has worked in three Ibogaine clinics, completed Andrew Tatarsky's IHRP training, and has presented at multiple Psychedelic and Harm Reduction conferences. Under her current business Inner Vision Ibogaine, she works therapeutically with people supporting them in preparation for, and in integration after, treatment. Previously Juliana was an opioid dependent person and in 2011, with the help of Ibogaine treatment, she left opioids behind and set off on a path to transform the way drug users and their treatment is approached. Her work centers around guiding individuals to their own inner power and supporting them in reframing their life experiences into sources of knowledge and inspiration. She has developed a guide for finding safe Ibogaine treatment and is also currently working to create new systems of accountability and responsibility among Ibogaine practitioners and in the greater psychedelic therapy community. Juliana hopes to orient the Psychedelic Program to focus on the social intersections of the psychedelic community and how to create support for those who use psychedelics. She has been featured in Double Blind magazine, Woman's Day magazine, and Psymposia.
